"Email To God"
Dear god
Im not one to ask any favors
For reasons of my foolish pride
But this heaviness that weighs upon me
Is something that i cannot hide
My heavy heart weighs without reason
It leaves me confused without clue
Ive searched but ive yet to find answers
So now i am calling on you
I recently heard in a message
That if i ask i shall receive
The scriptures tell me all is possible
As long as i simply believe
As i look up to you in the heavens
I know you are watching me from above
I ask lord that you fill this vacancy
Inside of my heart with your love
I ask you lord that you forgive me
For any and all ive done wrong
And lift up my spirit with your glory
So that i may praise you in song
Teach me lord to be patient
To become a better man
Help me to learn of your will dear god
In ways i can understand
I ask lord you grant me these favors
And i believe i can do all the rest
I just need your help and your blessing
So that i can be at my best
Lord please hear this message
To you my god i do send
In the name of you and your father
And your holly ghost
